I love following your photo blog - 'Momentary Awe' is a great name too!
I think most people that frequent this blog agree with you re the Djokers antics - though he's hit a rough patch recently and I've been going easy on him - I do LOVE his tennis!Zafarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11909444215193865334noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8948801468516043822.post-19180247926357167392009-03-02T11:23:00.000+00:002009-03-02T11:23:00.000+00:00Since there's talk about blogroll... Thanks for ad...Since there's talk about blogroll... Thanks for adding Momentary awe as a link. I was actually asking you on Flickr if you wanted some shots from the Dubai tournament cause I got a few.

As for Djokovic, I'm not convinced. I just find him a bit of a drama queen and during the whole week in Dubai he kept complaining non-stop to the umpires. He even complained about his own fans making the noise! :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8948801468516043822.post-7241908661865597472009-03-01T22:05:00.000+00:002009-03-01T22:05:00.000+00:00Funny how a lot of previous Djoker critics, myself...Funny how a lot of previous Djoker critics, myself included in that, have joined the Nole Cheering Squad. C'mon Novak Djokovic, start doing better so I can go back to disdainfully observing of your career. LOL kidding.

And yeah, I agree with you, while the semifinal against Simon looked promising for Djokovic, this tournament win was very much like Rome and Masters Cup last year - quite a letdown after all the withdrawals, and through no fault of his own, Novak Djokovic was left the last man standing. It'll interesting to see if some of this momentum carries over to Indian Wells.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8948801468516043822.post-82702901597298462542009-03-01T20:16:00.000+00:002009-03-01T20:16:00.000+00:00I meant to say "IF that is the case". Indian Wells should give us a good idea of how he will measure up. But judging by the way he played better in every match at Dubai and the way he played in the final i think its safe to say he is back, all be it not at his very best. We will only know when that is the case when he comes up against the very best.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8948801468516043822.post-87689551740890197712009-03-01T13:37:00.000+00:002009-03-01T13:37:00.000+00:00Hi Ru-an!No problem - as for Djoko, I don't know i...Hi Ru-an!

No problem - as for Djoko, I don't know if that performance demonstrates he's back to his very best - there is after all some currency to the argument that he didn't even have to face Murray -- but it's a lot better than he's being playing recently.

I just think it'd be great to see him contending for Majors again alongside Nadal, Federer and Murray - even if he's not your favourite person.Zafarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11909444215193865334noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8948801468516043822.post-56480539256097413362009-02-28T20:18:00.000+00:002009-02-28T20:18:00.000+00:00Oh and btw i added you to my blogroll as well :)Oh and btw i added you to my blogroll as well :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8948801468516043822.post-81689223186878756232009-02-28T20:17:00.000+00:002009-02-28T20:17:00.000+00:00First of all thanks for adding me to your blog rol...First of all thanks for adding me to your blog roll! I think you are right people are mean to the Djoker. He deserves a lot of credit after winning Dubai. I won't worry too much about the withdrawals. The important thing is that he showed heart. I havn't seen the final yet but Ferrer looked to be in great form in his other matches so still a great win. Ferrer is not the kind of guy that is going to beat himself. To win in straight sets like he did i assume he had to be at his best. I think its safe to say the Djoker is back which is great to see. Ok im off to watch the rerun now, great blog!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
